to our award-winning national scholarship program, National Imperial Miss founded by Jacquine Hewell in January of 2020, were we award ten premiere national titles! We are so excited for you to join. We thrive for each delegate, family member and guest to have an unimaginable experience with our organization. We celebrate our talented delegates with the goal of inspiring others, invigorating our communities and themselves, and elevating the confidence of each young girl and women. We concentrate on helping our participants improve skills that are relevant throughout their life and assist them to be prepared for all walks of life.

Jacquine Hewell

NATIONAL DIRECTOR

Jacquine Hewell is the Founder and National Director of National Imperial Miss, a system established with conviction, clarity, and a calling to redefine what positive pageantry truly represents. Her leadership is rooted in faith, fortified by resilience, and driven by a steadfast commitment to raising young women of character, confidence, and service.

As a multi-business entrepreneur, Jacquine brings executive leadership experience from industries spanning branding, photography, retail, and event production. She understands systems, structure, and strategy, yet her heart has always been centered on legacy. National Imperial Miss was built not simply as a competition, but as a platform, one that equips young women to lead with integrity, serve with intention, and carry influence responsibly.

Jacquine’s philosophy is unwavering: a crown is never just worn, it is carried. It represents discipline, preparation, humility, and the courage to stand firm in identity. Under her direction, National Imperial Miss emphasizes leadership development, community service, public speaking, and personal growth. Delegates are mentored to understand that true beauty is demonstrated through action, stewardship, and impact.

Her life testimony fuels her leadership. Having walked through personal trials that required strength, faith, and perseverance, Jacquine leads from lived experience. Zori Hewell

NATIONAL CO-DIRECTOR

Zori Hewell serves as Co-Director of National Imperial Miss with a heart for sisterhood, leadership development, and intentional impact. Raised within a legacy of entrepreneurship and purpose-driven vision, she understands that influence is cultivated through character long before it is recognized by title.

As Co-Director, Zori plays an active role in program development, delegate mentorship, and brand culture. She works closely alongside the National Director to ensure that every aspect of National Imperial Miss reflects excellence, integrity, and faith-anchored leadership. Her focus is centered on creating an environment where delegates feel both empowered and accountable, encouraged yet challenged to rise to their highest standard.

Zori believes that true confidence is built through preparation, discipline, and service. She champions communication skills, personal responsibility, and community engagement as foundational pillars of a successful reign. Her leadership style is relational yet structured, balancing warmth with clear expectations.

With a deep appreciation for legacy, Zori recognizes that pageantry is more than presentation. It is stewardship. She is passionate about cultivating strong young women who understand their value, carry themselves with poise, and use their platform to create measurable change.

Jazlynn Cunningham

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO NATIONAL DIRECTORS & NATIONAL QUEENS COORDINATOR

Jazlynn Cunningham serves as the Executive Assistant to the National Directors and National Queens Coordinator for National Imperial Miss, providing high-level administrative support, national titleholder coordination, and executive-level organization across all areas of the national office. Her role is essential to the daily function, communication flow, and operational excellence of the organization.

Working directly alongside the National Directors, Jazlynn assists with scheduling, national event preparation, titleholder coordination, and internal executive operations. She serves as a primary point of contact for National Queens, ensuring they receive timely communication, appearance coordination, travel support, and reign guidance throughout their year of service.

Jazlynn is known for her professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational leadership. She understands that national titleholders represent the organization at the highest level, and she works diligently to ensure each queen is prepared, supported, and equipped to fulfill her responsibilities with confidence and excellence.

She believes leadership is demonstrated through service, reliability, and attention to detail. Her work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is visible in the structure, preparedness, and professionalism of the National Imperial Miss program and its titleholders.

Dana Sanders

NATIONAL DELEGATE COORDINATOR

Dana Sanders serves as the National Delegate Coordinator for National Imperial Miss, overseeing communication, organization, and delegate support with professionalism and precision. She plays a vital role in ensuring that every contestant and family experiences clarity, structure, and confidence throughout their journey within the system.

With a strong foundation in administration and coordination, Dana manages delegate onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and national event logistics. Her attention to detail safeguards the integrity of the program while creating a streamlined experience for state directors and title holders alike. She understands that excellence is built through preparation, and she approaches every responsibility with consistency and care.

NATIONAL OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS

Grace Whitfield serves as National Office Communications for National Imperial Miss, stewarding the voice, messaging, and public correspondence of the organization with clarity and professionalism. She is responsible for ensuring that communication across all platforms reflects the standard, structure, and integrity the system represents.

In her role, Grace manages official announcements, delegate correspondence, media messaging, and internal updates. She understands that communication shapes perception, and perception influences legacy. Every message released from the national office is crafted with intention, consistency, and alignment to the mission of developing strong, service-driven leaders.

STATE DIRECTOR COORDINATOR

Caroline Hayes serves as the State Director Coordinator for National Imperial Miss, providing strategic oversight, operational guidance, and structured support to directors across the country. She acts as the direct liaison between the national office and state leadership teams, ensuring alignment in standards, communication, and execution.

With a strong background in organization and leadership development, Caroline equips state directors with the tools, timelines, and clarity necessary to operate effectively within the system. Madison Cole

NATIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Madison Cole serves as the National Social Media Coordinator for National Imperial Miss, overseeing digital presence, brand storytelling, and online engagement. She ensures that every visual, caption, and campaign reflects the mission, values, and standard of excellence the organization upholds.

With a strategic understanding of digital branding and audience growth, Madison curates content that highlights delegate achievements, service initiatives, and program milestones. She recognizes that social media is more than visibility, it is influence. Every post is crafted with intention to elevate leadership, inspire service, and strengthen community engagement.

Madison prioritizes consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms. She works closely with the national office to align campaigns with seasonal launches, registration announcements, and major events. Her role bridges creativity with strategy, ensuring that growth is both measurable and mission-driven.

  • Must be able to attend NIM Nationals in Knoxville, TN from July 15th - July 20, 2025 (Hotel accommodations are provided)
